The hotel reception staff provided friendly and efficient service, accommodating early check-in requests subject to availability. The room was clean, featured a satisfying shower pressure, and offered a comfortable bed, value for money.

Room is spacy, parking is available both inside and outside hotel premise (shophouse parkings), bathroom is surprisingly spacious also (got lot of empty space beside toilet, good for putting stuff temporarily).

Cheap and all basic necessities were included in the room. Never expected that the ironing facility was in the room too which makes thing easier. All the switches got indicated label which suprising because this feature even higher star hotel don’t have it. Got a nice looking view with sunrise.

the hotel might be old but the internal is pretty, the room is spacious, bed is comfy and the layout of the room is really thoughtful.

Breakfast was tasteful and yummy. Location is great as there are many shops around the hotel. Most important is that the room temperature was perfect and the best is the water heater works well and the water pressure was perfect. The towels was pluffy and clean. The stuff that attended to me (Naim, Anne and Haikal) was proffesional and friendly. Keep it up guys !!

It's an old hotel called citiview, but they have refurbished and the inside looks clean and nice. The price for a 3 stars hotel, quite reasonable. Overall ok, we were out all day so we didn't need something special. This hotel nothing outstanding, but ok.

The design and cleanliness. It has OKU and elderly friendly rails in the lift and bathroom.
